We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day (except weekends and bank holidays).

UK Mainland Only:
We offer free delivery within the SN13 postcode

We also offer click and collect from The Bee’s Knees HQ (times to be arranged via email)

Standard shipping  – £3.90 (up to 3 jars), £6.50 (more than 3 jars)

If your order is damaged while in transit.

In case of damage during transit, you are entitled to a refund or replacement free of charge. Photographic proof of damage must be provided before we can process your request. 

All breakage claims must be reported immediately after receipt of the parcel!
