Returns Policy

1 Cancellation

If you have purchased our products online or by phone you have the right to cancel your order under Consumer Contracts legislation.

Your right to cancel expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

You must notify us of your cancellation before the 14 day period ends.

You must return the product(s) at your own cost and risk and they must be complete, i.e. unused, unopened with no seals broken within 14 days of your notification to cancel.

We will refund the cost of the product(s) and original shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the items.

2 Damaged/Faulty Products

If any of your products are damaged or faulty in any way upon receipt, please call us or email us within 30 days of receipt. Please send an image of the damaged product and an explanation of the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
