Honey which was harvested in May/June before the main Summer flowers. Stirred before bottling, to disperse the crystals and produce a soft set, buttery texture. Tasty spread on hot, buttered toast or crumpets. Like our other products, the jar is topped with a cute little hessian lid, tied with a bow.

    Purchased a jar of the set honey, have to say it’s in my best top 5 of honey I’ve tasted over the years. Superb quality and very good value.
